When Alex told me what colors she was planning for Avy to wear for this session, I immediately thought, "Those colors would be GREAT with a white house as the backdrop!" I guess that's what comes of your relationship with your clients, turn friends, after 3 years...THREE years of photographing this amazing, beautiful, and hilarious family. There's NEVER a dull moment with them!I believe the photographs pretty much sum up their love and closeness for one another, as well as their silliness! Sam, Alex & Avery...It has been and always will be a pleasure photographing you all. What more can I say, but that I just LOVE this family! We have been through a DI retirement/Re-enlistment session, 2 portrait sessions (Click here to the see last year) and a homecoming session! I have enjoyed every minute of it and getting to know them over the past year! They possess a rare closeness, and I adore watching them try to be serious, all the while thinking silly thoughts (acting on many of them), for me during our times together!Sweet Avery continues to grow more beautiful and silly every time I see her, and I know that Sam and Alex realize what a precious gem they have!Sam and Alex, I adore your love for one another and the strength you hold on to through every deployment ...

The Baird Family also rocked a family portrait session at Old Sheldon Church (click here to view) just weeks before Sam's deployment! As a military/DI wife, I tip my hat to them for standing strong through the years on the drill field straight into a deployment!I've shown their hands all together twice now in their photographs, and that's definitely what it takes to stand the tests of time with the military...as a family!Congratulations ...
